What encouraged you to sponsor the Torfaen Community and Volunteer Awards?

As an organisation we value and support volunteers and volunteer organisations and their invaluable work around our community. Volunteering not only helps us as an organisation provide certain care and support but also improves the mental health and wellbeing of both staff and members of the community alike. We are passionate about being involved in the community we serve.

Why are awards like TCVA important?

Awards like this are incredibly important to celebrate and show appreciating to local volunteers and organisations who support the local community, our patients, staff and our organisation as a whole.

Why is it important to showcase Torfaen in this way?

Celebrating local organisations, volunteers and businesses is so important and a key priority for the Health Board. It is important to celebrate and show appreciating to local volunteers and organisations who support the local community, our patients, staff and our organisation as a whole.
